Welcome! By downloading or using Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card is provided for the purpose of collecting digital loyalty stamps from participating stores. All code, graphics, and original content are the exclusive property of PocketEngine Studio LLC. You may not reverse‑engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute any portion of the software or its assets.

2. QR Code Scanning & Stamps

Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card allows you to scan QR codes provided by stores to collect stamps. Stamps are awarded solely based on the store's configuration (security mode, daily limits, expiry, etc.). The app validates stamps locally on your device. We do not control, enforce, or guarantee any store's loyalty program.

3. Rewards & Store Responsibility

Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card is a neutral tool. Stores set their own rewards (e.g., "Free coffee after 8 stamps") and decide what reward to give. We do not enforce, guarantee, or mediate reward redemption. Any dispute regarding a reward is strictly between you and the store. By using Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card, you acknowledge that we are not responsible for the fulfilment of any reward.

4. Offline-First & Local Storage

Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card is designed to work offline. All data – including store names, stamp counts, and card customizations – is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. You are responsible for your own data; we are not liable for data loss due to device failure, uninstallation, or clearing of app data.

5. Apple Wallet & Google Wallet

Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card generates passes for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. These passes are created locally on your device and stored in your digital wallet. We do not have access to your wallet or its contents.

6. In-App Purchases & Restore

We offer a non‑consumable In‑App Purchase to unlock Pro features (card customization). All payments are processed by Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). Refund or billing issues must be handled directly with the respective store – we do not have access to your payment transactions. The "Restore Purchases" feature will reactivate your Pro entitlement on any device using the same store account.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that QR codes will always be scannable, or that the app will be uninterrupted or error‑free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PocketEngine Studio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card, including but not limited to loss of stamps, rewards, or goodwill. We are not liable for any issues arising from third‑party QR scanners, stores, or the customer's device.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
