1. Information We Do Not Collect
Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card is built to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifier.

2. Data We Store Locally
All data – including store names, stamp counts, card customizations, and your location preferences – is stored exclusively on your own device using Hive (a local database) and Flutter Secure Storage. No data is ever sent to the internet. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes are generated locally on your device and stored in your digital wallet.

3. Device Permissions
Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card requests the following permissions solely to enable core features:
Camera: To scan QR codes from stores.
Location: To send you geofencing alerts when you are near a store (optional, can be disabled in settings).
Notifications: To send you reminders for stamp expiration and inactivity (optional, can be disabled in settings).
All permissions are requested only with your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

4. Local Storage Only – No Analytics, No Tracking
Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third‑party tracking. No data ever leaves your device. The app does not share, sell, or transfer any information. All stamp validation and security checks happen entirely offline on your device.

5. In-App Purchases
We offer a non‑consumable In‑App Purchase to unlock Pro features (card customization). All payments are processed and secured by Apple’s App Store and Google Play Store. We never access, store, or transmit your payment information. Restore purchases functionality is provided as required by store guidelines. Your purchase status is stored locally on your device using Flutter Secure Storage.

6. Third-Party Services
Vouchr: Digital Loyalty Card uses the following open‑source and third‑party libraries, which run locally on your device:
mobile_scanner – QR code scanning.
geolocator – GPS location for geofencing.
flutter_local_notifications – Local reminders.
passkit / flutter_wallet_card – Apple Wallet and Google Wallet pass generation.
None of these libraries transmit your data to external servers. All processing occurs locally on your device.

7. Data Retention & Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete individual cards, clear all app data, or uninstall the app at any time. We have no access to your data and cannot retrieve it on your behalf.

8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
Because we collect no personal information, there is no data to delete, disclose, or sell. If you are a California resident, you can be confident that no sale or sharing of personal information occurs.
